Mr. Amalio Escobar, is an IT professional with over 30 years experience in the field of Information technology. His experience includes application development for government, administrative and scientific systems, database analysis, system optimization, system architecture, as well as managing the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) at various levels of management.
